Shynna has been an invaluable member of our team for over 13 years, spending 11 of those within events. With a range of qualifications in sales and hospitality, Shynna’s latest achievement is a Diploma of Business Administration and Management.
As the first point of contact for all of our community and sporting groups, Shynna is an expert at building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Her passion for understanding clients’ needs and providing exceptional service has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor. Shynna looks after all properties in our portfolio, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and attention to detail.
In her free time, Shynna enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors. She loves hiking, exploring new trails, and finds that being in nature helps her to recharge and stay focused.
Meet Amanda, our Consultant for Social Events & Catering.
Amanda is the newest member of the team, and has a wealth of knowledge, with over 15-year experience in sales, Events and Hospitality, working at high end venues. Amanda strives to make every event memorable with her professionalism in communication and kind, bubbly personality. She is passionate about her job, dedicated to her clients, and is always willing to go the extra mile.
In her free time, Amanda is a very active person being a Divemaster on the famous Great Barrier Reef and has travelled the world diving. Not only does she enjoy being under the water, but also on top as a kite surfer in summer. Dance is a big passion of Amanda’s, and is what brought her to the world of Sales and Events.
Meet Caileigh, our Consultant for Premium Dining and Accommodation.
Caileigh is skilled at taking an event from concept to reality and can help with all your event planning needs. She enjoys taking an event from initial planning stages, through to putting all the pieces in place for final execution.
Caileigh enjoys seeing how it all comes together on the day to create a successful event. Being client focused and skilled at relationship building, she has a decade of experience in corporate events and fine dining. Caileigh is enthusiastic about promoting the amazing properties of Above 8 Bar & Lounge, and Hotel Mountain Heritage.
Caileigh has called Australia home since 2004 and has visited every wine region in Australia since. Born in Ottawa, Canada she starts every day with a teaspoon of maple syrup in her coffee.

Robyn is a versatile and skilled professional with a deep understanding of all thing’s events, event planning and operations management. Robyn possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry and excels at overseeing all aspects of event execution, from initial client contact to final wrap-up.
With expertise in organising and executing corporate events, including meeting, conferences and product launches, Gala Dinners, Trades shows, Robyn consistently delivers exceptional experiences that exceed customer expectations.
Robyn has a keen eye for detail and focuses on operational efficiency, allowing for seamless coordination and management of complex events that run smoothly from start to finish.
